Ultrasn0w Fixer 5.1.1: Unlock 06.15.00 iPhone 4, 3GS 5.1.1 iOS

Apple released iOS 5.1.1 earlier this week. You could already jailbreak it using redsn0w 0.9.10b8. You can even unlock iPhone 4 & 3GS on 5.1.1 iOS with Ultrasn0w 1.2.4 by using Ultrasn0w fixer. This will NOT work to unlock iPhone 4S though. Here is all what you need to know:

Supported devices:

• iPhone 3GS
• iPhone 4

Which baseband versions can be unlocked:

• 06.15.00 (iPad Baseband)
• 01.59.00
• 04.26.08
• 05.11.07
• 05.13.01
• 05.12.01

How to Unlock iPhone 4, 3GS 06.15.00 Baseband

Step 1: Jailbreak iPhone 4 / 3GS 5.1.1 iOS

Step 2: Open Cydia on iPhone and navigate to Manage tab. Then tap on Sources.

You will see some sources already added there. You have to add Ultrasn0w Fixer repo in there.

Step 3: In Sources, tap on “Edit”, then tap on “Add”.

A window will pop up asking for URL of repo that you want to add.

Step 4: Type: http://repo.iparelhos.com and tap on “Add Source”.

Once repo is added, it will appear in Sources.

Step 5: Search Cydia for Ultrasn0w Fixer, and install the app.

Step 6: Now install Ultrasn0w latest version. Search Cydia for Ultrasn0w and install it.

It’s important to install Ultrasn0w fixer before installing ultrasn0w.
