PopCap is bringing Plants vs. Zombies 2 to iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users next month. While there is no word on PvZ 2 for Android (Plants vs. Zombies 2 apk) app, the iOS version (IPA) will be released globally on July 18th. So, it will be iOS-exclusive for the time being but we are certain that Android version will be released soon after. The details along with release date and trailer were made public exclusively by IGN.

With Plants vs. Zombies 2, PopCap will be bringing same cool gameplay with plenty of new options for users to check out. The game features 3 worlds that users can play in. Here is a preview of all of them:

The original version of Plants vs. Zombies was released for iOS back in 2009. Now the sequel will be hitting the App Store in about a month’s time. The game will be available for free while users will also be able to purchase items using in-app purchases. PopCap has confirmed that all levels of the game and all goodies will also be available for those who prefer not to use in-app purchase option.
