Internet Explorer (IE 10) Windows 7 Release Date

Microsoft announced  its plans to launch Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7 (64 Bit & 32 Bit) OS last month. Now we have the official IE10 Win7 release date. According to LiveSide, Microsoft is all set to release Internet Explorer Preview version for Windows 7 tomorrow. The announcement is said to be made by Roger Capriotti, Director of Product Marketing for Internet Explorer at an event in China. This will just be the Preview version, there is no ETA for when the final version will be made available to download.

IE10 for Windows 7

IE 10 comes preinstalled with Windows 8 but Win7 users have been in doubt for quite some time as there was no word on whether the browser will be exclusive for Windows 8 or it will be available for older OSes as well. The announcement last month cleared the confusion as Microsoft revealed its plan to release IE10 for Windows 7. There will be no IE10 for Vista / XP though, which is quite understandable.

We’ll keep you updated on when MS finally pushes the IE10 update. Stay tuned for more.
