Ctrl+C on Windows 10 Not Copying?

I just got my shiny new Windows 10 update and it looks good. One weird bug I noticed that sometimes Ctrl+C won’t copy the text / file which is really annoying. I thought it could be something with my keyboard but other shortcuts like Ctrl+V appear to be working flawlessly. So this seems like a bug in what was supposed to be a polished final version of the next generation Operating System. A lot of other users are reportedly encountering this issue in Windows Store, Edge and in other programs.
Considering Ctrl+C is perhaps one of the most used shortcuts on any OS, this is a serious bug and we hope that a patch will be released soon to fix this. Until then, we the users are forced to right-click & copy. Annoying.
